The high-pressure compressor or booster is the most important part of your application.
High pressure is required, typically above 10 bar. We developed an OIL-FREE booster which comes with our applications including guarantee.
Why is this so important?
High-pressure equipment is the final frontier of your system. If it isn’t up to the task, it compromises the entire application—even if everything else is perfect. Investing in an oil-free high-pressure system provides significant advantages over conventional boosters.
No OIL means there is no risk of contamination.
In a conventional booster, a filter captures oil residue and requires frequent replacement to maintain purity. With extended operation, the filter can fail due to inadequate maintenance or prolonged high temperatures. An oil-free system eliminates this risk entirely!!
Our Booster runs more efficiently and quieter.
Our equipment boosts nitrogen in three stages, requiring just 2.7 bar inlet pressure and operating at low RPM. This results in lower power consumption and extended service intervals, delivering additional cost savings.
Heat Exchanger is included to prevent gas losses.
During booster operation, the nitrogen being compressed becomes relatively hot. When transferred to storage, temperature changes can cause losses. Our integrated heat exchanger ensures the nitrogen is cooled to ambient temperature, matching storage conditions and eliminating losses.
